I had both my filter and solar heating system fail upon opening the pool this year. Mark procured a new filter and installed it a very timely manner. Then came the issue of the solar heating system, of which I had no knowledge of and could not help in deciphering the pipes, valves and layout. Despite this, Mark and his team persisted and were victorious.
They made what I expected to be a four week slog of referrals, digging and waiting for parts into a two visit fix. I highly recommend this outfit, and I can't thank them enough.

Recent thunderstorm in Mississauga flooded our pool, tons of garden soil went inside the pool. We were completely helpless and were inexperienced in dealing with this dire situations. Mark visited us twice, extended all the needed help, taught us everything and in few days our pool is now back to life. Mark is amazing! Thanks so much! Pictures from before and after are attached. We have worked with Mark from Waterworks Pool Services since our pool was installed by Earthworks in 2021. He opens and closes our pool and guides us through how to maintain and operate the equipment. Mark is always friendly and willing to answer our concerns and questions.
