Ryan and Arlen are 2 stand up guys! They run a solid business and know how to keep customers coming back. Fantastic customer service and incredible pricing. It's great when you can be treated well, get great pricing and still support local. I recently had a 1920's Scarab ring resized. The ring came back perfect and it was cheaper than the quoted price. My wife was very pleased! Highly recommended! Their perfect 5 star reviews speak for themselves.

We just had our first interaction ( Sale ) with Ryan and Arlen.
I looked around other Jewellers in the region, but very Quickly came back to them.
Simply, it came down to Trust. Who do I Trust. And I felt I was being treated not just Fairly, Honestly and Openly! With them so patiently willing to answer all our questions.
These are the guys I will be going to, to either Buy, Sell or even change my watch batteries with. Because I Know I can Count on Them being HONEST !!!

My neighbour and I had rings that needed resized and found Venus Jewellers in Fort Erie. We dealt with both Arlen and Ryan and found them very helpful. My neighbour's ring also needed re-tipping which she agreed to have done at a very reasonable price. I decided to look for a new ring and Arlen was most helpful in picking one out. We are both delighted with the work that was done and highly recommend these two young men and Venus Jewellers. Love my new ring too. 😊

Kind, honest and excellent service. I needed to resize my wedding rings. They left them in better condition than when I dropped them off. Cleaning them and fixing a loose diamond.
