“Showed up on time to my appointment & the deadbolt was locked. After a few rings they answered their phone, I said I was outside, then I was hung up on. I waited a bit in my car, then drove home. After I was home I received a text my therapist had arrived. I didn't know if that meant I should come back, so I texted back and continued to call, I received no answer from either means.Extremely disappointing considering I rarely have the free time to get a massage and try to make them part of a (now ruined) wellness day.Edit: Owner has worked to re-schedule my appointment. Will update again after appointment!Edit (2): I went back to have a massage with Ashley and it was incredible. 10/10 would recommend“
