Kelly has been so helpful with everything she has showed me to do at PT and also all her suggestions to do at home! Everyone there is so friendly! It’s a wonderful place to work out at!!

Was referred to Trilogy for very painful back/hip pain probably caused by a SI joint issue. Worked with Kelly, she was great! She diagnosed that it was most likely an SI issue and helped me quickly get my pain managed and resolved!

I have had such a great experience at Trilogy! Alex has been so helpful in making me feel so much better. My neck pain has disappeared. Alex is so helpful in answering questions about the exercises and equipment. Trilogy is a very welcoming and I’m so happy I chose them for my therapy and gym!
