Called this company and in less then 24 hours they showed up and did everything they had to do to fix my problem ( we thought the pipes had frozen in our shower, turns out the original plumbers had dropped i tile) in the brutal weather we've been having. Very friendly, kind and respectful working people. Would recommend 100%.

We recently had an addition renovation that needed hvac/duct work into the new addition and in the main house since we took out some walls. Also we had them in to do the plumbing for the addition bathroom and other various things. I would highly recommend them if you need any work done small or big. Crew was very respectful. Would have them back anytime. Also any concerns I had or changes I needed were done were addressed and explained in a very professional manor. No complaints at all. And would recommend them to anyone needing hvac or plumbing work.

Best services in town for your home. J.Muro and team managed to squeeze us in to get a new air conditioner just as the heat wave was starting. He sent two guys here who were extremely knowledgeable. They not only did a fantastic job double checking that everything worked before they left, they cleaned up downstairs, made sure we were comfortable with the new set up, and were super kind. Two employees worked on one pipe for hours and left with no progress but big messes everywhere for us to clean and a clogged pipe still unreached because they couldn’t get their snake to pass 2ft down the pipe. One came first and tried all he knew but without luck so he called the second person also was no use. They were the first company to have shown up for the job and shouldn’t have taken up the task when they know they’re not equipped for difficult job as this. After they finally decided to quit, they suggested us to hire a company with a camera down there because the pipe is broken. Luckily I was referred to Reasonable Rooter, they came all the way from St. Catharines and finished the job in 30mins. They promised not to charge if they were unable to fix it so there’s no risk for us. They even wiped clean of the mess they’ve made afterwards. I was absolutely shocked to have received a bill of $558 for nothing other than more messes to clean. I asked for discount because the job wasnt done but the owner refused. Owner didn’t care at all, just wanted to get paid. So unethical. I had witnesses thorough all these ordeal. Would never go back or recommend to anyone. I hope by posting this will save some of you time and money.

We were delighted with the service provided by J. Muro Plumbing & Heating Ltd. The friendly service man (I can't remember his name!) arrived even before the estimated arrival time. We were having trouble with a leak under our kitchen sink and he quickly and efficiently replaced the hot and cold water taps, as well as discovered a leak in the faucet hose. While checking out the main water turn off, he also found a leak in a pipe in the basement and was able to repair that leak in the same visit (I thought the water had been coming in from outside). He went over and above by tightening our faucet and explaining how to attach the new hose that we had to order. Everything is working perfectly now and the cost was very reasonable! I would definitely call this business for any plumbing needs!!
