My wife goes to this establishment as it’s convenient to home and they do good work however their wait time is atrocious and they are not welcoming or friendly to the people that they don’t know.Work on your customer service so that your customers feel welcomed.Services: Waxing

The best pedicure I've ever had! I don't get my nails done often and tend to go on my lunch time in downtown Guelph and am usually not thrilled. I came in to Fergus Nail & Spa as a walk in. The staff were super friendly. The lady who did my pedicure was Van and she was the best!! She took great time and attention to detail, gave my calves and feet a wonderful massage. I was so happy with her work and the service I received. 100% recommendService: Pedicures

I tend to be a picky person with my nails and i have never had a complaint here. The girls that do my nails as well as my grammas nails are super kind as well. They also definitely do take there time to make sure everything is perfect:)Services: Pedicures
