Best MMA gym in the GTA hands down, definitely the place to be if you wanna train with the best and also a very welcoming and friendly environment for beginners. Shoutout to Jay for always providing exceptional customer service one of the best gym experiences I've ever had.

Xtreme couture is an amazing gym! For fitness, whether your into calisthenics, yoga, kettlebells, bodybuilding or powerlifting, they have all the equipment and classes you need to help you on your journey.
For martial arts, the instructors are experienced, patient, and welcoming. I went there to learn different grappling arts, and i was a bit nervous, but the instructors and the culture really made me feel comfortable joining and continuing with their classes.
I highly recommend this gym to anyone who wants to either delve into martial arts, or simply just get in shape!
