This is now the second time (on two separate occasions months apart) that I left a voicemail requesting an appointment - given they never pick up their phone when you try to call…and they didn’t call me back at all. It’s been over 5 days! What kind of customer service is that? It’s not like the salon chairs and workers aren’t all located right next to the phone.If you’re busy, that’s fine, just get back to the person calling and let them know…so they don’t wait around and can move on to find another salon.Will not be booking here ever again.

Ps Darlene is an expert in natural blonde colouring, so if you are blonde and want to have an amazing look you can contact her!
