This is now the second time (on two separate occasions months apart) that I left a voicemail requesting an appointment - given they never pick up their phone when you try to call…and they didn’t call me back at all. It’s been over 5 days! What kind of customer service is that? It’s not like the salon chairs and workers aren’t all located right next to the phone.If you’re busy, that’s fine, just get back to the person calling and let them know…so they don’t wait around and can move on to find another salon.Will not be booking here ever again.

Amazing quality and service! Darlene is the best!!! I strongly recommend this salon and Darlene services for everyone! I was trying to find a great hairdresser and finally I did! Ps Darlene is an expert in natural blonde colouring, so if you are blonde and want to have an amazing look you can contact her!

I’ve been coming here for the last few years.Mary is fabulous with my hair colour, and style after as well. Mary even cut my toddlers hair and has been so great and patient with her for a kids cut and bang trim. I definitely recommend here and supporting somewhere local for your colour and hair needs.Services: Kids' cuts
