She has always been accommodating. The longest we've ever waited is 15min- and that's bc we didnt book an apptmt. Sometimes the place is busy, sometimes they're wide open looking. D listens to us, knows her stuff well- advises based on her abundant experience. And the brows always look really nice, even and clean. Been going there for 2 years and plan to keep coming back.
