took my dog to the groomer for the first time, and they took excellent care of her. She is 3 years old, a bit particular about her paws, and while she loves her humans, she can be shy and bark at new people—typical Dachshund behaviour. She did move during her nail trim and ended up with a small nick, which I was informed about right away. She’s been absolutely fine since—just a little tender, which is expected after her first grooming experience.

We are really pleased with the grooming services they provide for our dog. They have great customer service and are flexible with any special requests.

I had a mixed experience here. I booked my dog’s grooming from 2 pm to 5 pm and had asked in advance about early drop-off. I was told longer stays would involve an extra charge, and in hindsight I realize I didn’t fully account for that when my dog was dropped off earlier than planned.

When my husband dropped her off at 11:30 am, we were informed about a $40 additional fee. While I understand there was communication about extended hours, the amount felt quite high compared to the $100 grooming cost, especially for a few extra hours.
