Booked a duct cleaning for a 5 year old house I was moving into. The Simmco crew arrived on time with all professional equipment (their truck is a giant vacuum, not some rental cube van). They cleaned everything as promised, patched up any cuts they made to access the ducts and provided a verbal finding report on the condition of my HVAC system with no attempt to upsell anything, infact they said I don't need to get my ducts cleaned for atleast 3 years. They also install HVAC systems so they could have easily pitched a sale.

We just moved into our new purchased house which is over 25 years old. My husband started having bad allergies so our friends recommended that we should call Simmco Inc and have our ducts cleaned. When the technicians arrived they professionally explained how they will perform the service, they opened up our vents to show us what was going on inside, we were shocked! I have never seen so much filth, and we were breathing it all in! Simmco Inc provided us with before and after pictures of the service and we could not have been happier! Thank you! Katie and Dave
