Royal Auto was recommended by a friend, so we decided to try them out, the heat shield came off Brenda's Toyota Matrix, they took the car in the same day, it was fixed in half an hour as promised, and at a very reasonable/fair price.Chris , and all the guys working there are great, we highly recommend them, and we will definitely go there from now on!Thanks ChrisService: General repairs & maintenance

I am completely amazed as his honesty. A specific dealership, not mentioning names as that's bad form, told me I needed a new transmission for my GMC pickup truck. Chris inspected it and told me it was just my valve body inside the transmission oil pan which was only $800 compared to the dealership charge of a new transmission of $4600 plus install plus tax equaling $6400. If that doesn't say how honest he is, than nothing will.
