From the beginning and throughout my time here all staff have been polite, friendly and professional. Special mention goes to Harpreet at front desk always polite and helpful and to Avad my physiotherapist who has been reassuring, informative and given specific exercises and treatments to gradually restore me back to preinjury levels. He has also listened carefully to my concerns to address them. The trainees have also maintained the levels of friendliness and professionalism that has made my experience great. Also want to mention the place looks clean and minimal scents which I appreciated.

A couple of weeks ago I went in with pain in my left shoulder that had been bothering me for a very long time and after just a few visits, the difference I feel is incredible and pain is gone.
