Reliable Roofers came through for us after high winds took down a large piece of fascia, leaving it hanging ominously above the front door. Alex answered the phone, and Dan came out the next day and did an excellent job of the repair in inclement weather. He did such a thorough job that the original damage was practically undetectable. Both were professional and personable and easy to deal with. Thank you!

I contacted Alex to inspect a leaky roof vent. He responded right away and communicated with me every step of the way. It had snowed the day we agreed on so he had to come back later in the day when the snow was melted. He was delayed but promised to show up and he did. It was after hours and dark, but he went up on the roof and cleared away some debris build-up. He followed up the next day when it was raining to see if there was still leaking. The situation was much improved. I was impressed by the constant communication, the follow-up and he did what he said he would do. I will definitely call in the spring when it is time to re-do the roof.
