Chris and the team were very responsive and professional when we needed our furniture removed and stored for a flooring Reno project. They were flexible to meet the available slots at our condo building and worked quickly and in a very helpful manner. Nothing was broken. These guys were absolutely amazing! Tom did a virtual walk-through of our place with us prior to giving us a quote, and asked questions about things I might have forgotten to mention, like whether we had any outdoor furniture. I appreciated that the quote was for a flat rate, rather than hourly, so I knew ahead of time exactly how much to budget. Communication was great between booking and the move, and the team responded promptly when I had questions. On the day of the move, I was totally in awe. When you see 109 reviews and they are all 5 star it's hard to believe. Well,.....Chris and his team loaded our lives in to a container today and it went perfectly. Great people, very careful, very thorough. I recommend them highly.
