I went there with my husband mani and pedi both of us. A woman just said “ no time, no time’… “appointment need you”I said anybody told me I need app when I called.. she still no time no time.I had a gift card so I said her gave me a refund bc I’m travelling this night and I can’t back tomorrow.Suddenly another girl appeared and she offered me came back 2 hs later. I accepted bc they don’t want to refund nothing.Worst…wrong colour, everything they did were in a hurry no neutral colour for my husband…If they explain to me in a good manners will be ok but cero customer’s respect.Disaster if you have a chance to get another place do it.I don’t want...read full review

DO NOT GO HERE!! Terrible place to get your nails done. The workers have no customer service skills what’s so ever and when I went to get my nails done, the lady had me waiting under the dryer for 50 minutes while all her and her coworkers were in the back.

I give only one star because today in the afternoon I took my mom to this place for her waxing her face and the lady who waxed my mom was she behaved so rudely with my disable mom and she almost burn my eyebrows she off the light so I shouldn’t see my eyebrows she took our money and said do you want the change and she was trying to take the extra money for herself with her own permission this was unacceptable and I hope never go there. Specially if anyone wants to clean the manicure please don’t go to them since so many times they almost took the blood off the nail when they clean since they don’t care so so careless
