What I also love is the welcoming atmosphere; sometimes I stop by not just for alterations, but simply to see Mustafa and have a nice chat. Owner is very friendly. I’ve been coming to him for years to hem dresses, replace the zipper on my winter jacket and he sewed up a tear on the sleeve of my denim jacket. I’ve never had any issues with his work yet. Prices are reasonable considering the service being done and the fact that the cost of rent is increasing. People seem to forget this and want things done for free.
Fast, cheap and good service. The shop is inside Islington station, so tell the TTC guard to let you through the gate without tapping a ticket because you need to go to the dry cleaners. I went on a Saturday and paid under $10 for my pants to be hemmed. He kindly did it in 15 minutes for me! Very happy!
