Excellent service. They know about locksmithing period! I did key copying, cylinder replacement, rekeying and I was very happy. Screw the big box stores and support this local gem of a business!

Called the office today with a Medeco problem. The gentleman who I spoke with was incredibly helpful and gave me insights as to a possible solution to my key problem. It worked (WD40 into the keyhole)! All for no charge and no attempt to upsell. Also stated if the proposed solution did not work I should call him back and we could attempt another fix.Definitely a first class operation with great service.
