We had a wonderful experience at La-Z-boy. Both our sales representative (Marisa) and designer (Frida), from the Etobicoke store, were incredibly helpful, patient, and knowledgeable throughout the entire furniture buying process. They even came to our home - at no charge - to take measurements and put together a personalized presentation to help us visualize our options. This was such a helpful touch and made the whole process so much easier. My husband and I really appreciated their time, attention to detail, and excellent customer service. Highly recommend!
