“We recently visited Moore’s Diamonds in Etobicoke while visiting Canada from abroad, and as we had not done much research beforehand, we were initially quite cautious about where to purchase a bespoke piece of jewellery. We put our trust in Ryan and his team to create a diamond anniversary band, and overall, we had a very positive experience.
There was no pressure or hard sales approach from Ryan or his daughter. They were patient, helpful and transparent, and we felt comfortable asking questions and requesting that a few details be double-checked before proceeding. They were very accommodating and did so without hesitation.
Ryan was also able to offer us a reasonable price and, more importantly, created a beautiful piece of jewellery that was exactly what we were hoping for. They even arranged to have the ring appraised before we needed to return abroad, which we really appreciated.
Considering everything was completed within around three weeks, from our initial visit and selecting the diamonds, through to having the eternity ring made and professionally appraised, we were impressed with how smoothly everything came together.
