We first encountered Inline Fiberglass Ltd about 13 years ago at the Toronto home show, and decided that their products best met our needs for a family room renovation. At that time we purchased one large horizontal sliding window and a sliding patio door. We were not disappointed. The crew did a great installation and we have enjoyed these products since 2012.
Fast forward to 2025. Time to replace our 1964 vintage aluminum windows with something more energy efficient and durable. We again chose Inline Fiberglass. We had windows installed 3 years ago. One of them had some kind of scratches in it. They sent someone out but as it was raining it was hard to see. They sent someone out again, but hard to see so nothing was done. It has gotten a lot worse. I was able to take pictures of it and sent them to Inline, no one has responded. We just heard from someone and we are in the process of having this resolved. Thank you Richard.
