Ordered online with Illuminata eyewear and they were very efficient bringing in a pair of frames from the manufacturer and arranging alternate shipping to Alberta during the postal strike. Great communication by email!

I broke the arm off my favourite pair of glasses. The frames had been discontinued. I tried multiple stores, including the one that sold me the frames in the first place, but nobody could help me, except this place. I ordered the part through their website, which they ordered from the manufacturer, and they did the repair for free when I picked it up from the store. I'm lucky to have found this place.

I needed a replacement temple for my wife’s Prada sunglasses. Searched everywhere to no avail until I got on the Illuminata website. What an amazing collection of parts. They had what I needed and I have it now. Thank you Illuminata
