I took my 2018 Mercedes CLA 250 in for service, and key FOB replacement. They changed my key FOB on the spot, and had the car complete in under a business day. They called and advised, their recommendations prior to proceeding. The staff are very friendly, and I was charged a reasonable price for their services. Paul (I think the owner), handed me complimentary car fresheners, and told me if there were any issues to bring it back - no questions asked. I'm really impressed, and will definitely be back. Excellent customer service. I didn’t have an appointment, but they accommodated me at my time of need for assistance! They are very knowledgeable and experienced in servicing European vehicles, because they fixed my vehicle issue and it now drives smoothly. I highly recommend them because they provide excellent quality service!
