I booked an appointment at Foundation after injuring my neck. I was barely able to move my head and was in pretty bad pain. After just one session with Erald, I regained some mobility and my pain improved to the point where I could safely drive and check my blind spot. Aside from the amazing in clinic treatment, Erald was a fantastic resource for helpful exercises and tips and explained every step of treatment to me. After only four sessions, I have regained full mobility and my pain is better. I would recommend Foundation and Erald to anyone looking for physio in the area!
