Quality, value and kindness.I purchased a marble bench that had a velvet cushion that was a poor match for the bench. I engaged Kathy to reupholster the velvet cushion with black leather and to create stitching across the length of the cushion. I attended at her store and she patiently walked me through the options, provided me samples to take home and test out with my home lighting. I choose a leather product and proceeded to drop off the cushion, expecting the job to be completed in a month or so. 9 days later, I got a text from Kathy that the cushion was ready.
