They were very knowledgeable and quick to provide the upgrades I was looking for my laptop. I came in looking for 2x8 gbs of RAM to upgrade from the 12gbs the laptop came with, a new battery since the old one was toast and a faster hard drive with more capacity.
Everything but the battery they had in stock and only took them 2 days to order.
The RAM they had in stock and just took out the 1 x 4gb stick and put in an 8 that matched the other one.
My laptop screen was broken as well and I had noted that I couldn't show the bios settings on the external monitor.
Fast and affordable replacement for my laptop battery. I highly recommend this local store.
Update: I also had my iPhone battery replaced quickly and affordability here today. I’m a very happy customer!

Chris was extremely helpful with our lagging issues on our gaming PC. We thought we needed a new processor , motherboard and RAM but he was able to diagnose that it may just needed a clean Windows 10 reinstall . Made a huge difference in cost . Computer was ready next day. Chris is honest and knows his stuff well . Very nice and won't upsell . Gives you all kinds of options. Have asked him for advice through email in the past and was also very helpful then.
