April 2023 my wife and I were renovating our ensuite. Our contractor recommended and gave us a list of the other tile stores in the Vaughan/Concord area. We did our research and visited those stores. None of those stores had what we were looking for, so we went to Dufferin Tile, which was also on our own list. During our visit at their showroom, the staff Juliet, Rattanjot and the other staff were very friendly, professional, patient, helpful and knowledgeable. We had our minds set on a particular tile, which they had in stock. We asked if we could compare it with one of their cabinets as it was the same as the cabinet for our ensuite.
