Don't trust this company. This is a cover for an upsell scam by Check Point door and lock. I called Bayview Moore locksmith and these guys showed up. I was just ripped off last night for $2,800 to replace a stuck deadbolt. The price started at $395, then it needed to be replaced for $695. Then the part was hard to get but could be retrieved for $1,400 if he left and came back 5 hours later. All fixed in the end, but I felt like I was being hijacked at the door and paid the ridiculous amount just so I get the experience to end. Business practices like this should be illegal.

Be aware of these crooks. They are fraud and they will offer you a lower price and charge you 10 times more trap you with misleading information false claims . All they want you to commit . They advertise and provide false lower prices to trap clients. It happens to me they offer their service for $35 and end up sending me an invoice for $344. They should be banned from all online sites. Do not fall for their low price offering trap

I locked my keys in my car. The driver came in good time, but he DID NOT quote me the price before doing the work. He only had to pry the door open a little and unlock the door. It took him seconds. I blindly paid $352!?!? Where do you get off charging so much. I have now called the same number several times to ask about it. they keep asking me the same questions and tell me that they will tell their manager to call me. this was back in March 2024 and I'm still waiting June 2024. an absolute off and absolutely horrible customer service. I wish I could give zero stars.
