I want to share my sincere thanks for the wonderful care I received from the Physical Therapist (Simaran) and Occupational Therapist (Tyler) during my recent two-day assessment. Going into an employer mandated evaluation for the first time without guidance felt overwhelming, but their thorough explanations of each procedure, constant attention to my physical comfort and clear communication truly put me at ease and made a significant, positive difference. Injured my back at work, came to CBI for physiotherapy. Everybody was super friendly and helpful, my two therapists Simaran and Harun were absolutely fantastic. With their help I no longer have any pain in my back and have more mobility/flexibility than I did before the injury.
I had multiple massages with Jay. He does a wonderful job and I feel a lot better after our sessions. He is kind and listens to what problem areas to address. Would highly recommend him!
