Just finished speaking with a lovely employee named Lisa. She had amazing customer service skills and helped me find a few different headsets that would suit my specific needs. Wanted to give her a huge shout out since she was so thoughtful and patient. It’s very rare for people to genuinely help you out over the phone, and she was amazing! Canada Computers is extremely lucky to have such a phenomenal employee!
Had a great experience with a rep named Robert at the store today. I was looking for a wifi extender and Robert was awesome to recommend an option that met my specific needs. He recommended a less expensive option, recognizing that the higher-end product would have been "overkill". Great customer service! Kudos to Robert!
Brought the gaming PC I purchased from CC 7 years ago for service today. Peter was an amazing help, was very patient, and provided a lot of useful advice for the health and longevity of my system. Could have up-sold me many times and didn’t. My dad brought my to CC since I was a kid and their reputation for honesty and quality has stood the test of time. They are a large operation with the heart of a small business. Very happy with this location.
