Have been to Etobicoke, Body & Soul before, this time I had a deep tissue 60 minutes with Mandy, absolutely no complaints and provided pressure options for each muscle group she was working on, it was overall a relaxing experience and would definitely re-schedule with Mandy. Her professionalism does not go unnoticed.
Olena is an amazing massage therapist. Very thorough and very receptive to feedback about pressure levels. The facility itself is beautiful and very relaxing from the moment you walk in. The receptionists are also very timely and accommodating. Their RMT insurance receipts are detailed and have all the information that insurance companies need to process claims. I also love that they have so many insurance-billable services performed by RMTs. This clinic has allowed me to get the most out of my work benefits.
