This was my first time servicing my vehicle at Active Green+Ross Rexdale location. My car broke down and this was the closest location to get it serviced. I have to say, I was blown away by the level of care and attention I was given. The service was absoutely phenomenal!
I had the pleasure of dealing with Mayur Patel at the service desk and he is exceptionally knowledgable, honest, and provided customer care updates and recommendations above and beyond the call of duty. He even torqued my tires (without me asking) the following day on my visit!

Great customer service! From the phone call to actually coming in person. They provided service when multiple shops turned me down. Helped me when I was in a bind and I couldn’t be more grateful! Highly recommend and I will definitely be back.
Came to this place based on a recommendation and had a great experience. The service representative, Mayur, was extremely helpful, friendly, and very knowledgeable. He took the time to clearly explain everything about my vehicle, helped me understand the exact issues, and ensured they were resolved properly. I’m definitely looking forward to coming back and would highly recommend this location to family and friends.
