I am very pleased with Paul Davis Systems. Everyone I met along the way was very friendly, courteous and cared deeply about their job as well as my satifaction with their work. I had Chris as my go to project manager and he was awesome at his job. He wanted things done right in a timely fashion. He was great. Royal Flooring did a great job! The crew was on the job when they said they would be and got everything done to my satisfaction. Jake the owner was an amazing guy to deal with. Ted the painter is a perfectionist. I am thrilled with his work. Overall it was a great experience dealing with these guys considering my house was in shambles. Thank you all for making my life as easy as possible during this hard time.

Here is my experience in a nutshell. They installed chipped tiles in my floor. They installed tiles with growth like bumps in my floor. instead of simply lifting 1 photo that was left on the wall off, they took the time to paint perfectly around it, which took 10x longer then lifting it off the wall. We asked for flooring to be installed a certain direction, to flow and to help lower wasted cut, they did the complete opposite. And omen the insurance pays out MORE if you hire them. For lackluster work, 8k MORE than if you hired others or did it yourself, which smells very fishy.
This is my 100% honest experience with Paul Davis. Sure they say they'll fix it, there never should have been issues to fix.......
