Torch Family Fitness is hands down the best gym I’ve been part of. The coaches actually care, the community is welcoming, and the atmosphere pushes you to work harder every session. Whether you’re new to the gym or experienced, this place makes you want to show up and improve. Highly recommend

I've been a member at Torch for a couple of years now, and this gym is definitely worth a 5 star review. Plenty of machines, free weights, and cardio equipment to accommodate you no matter where you are in your journey - from beginner to competition level pro. The group fitness room with boxing, functional training, and agility equipment is a definite bonus. The gym and washrooms are meticulously cleaned throughout operational hours. The staff are always friendly, courteous, and very helpful. The business is continuously improving the building - from paint to flooring to replacing equipment.
