I recently got classic lash extensions done by Taylor at Two Waves Essex for my birthday, and I couldn't be happier with the experience! It was my first time getting lash extensions, so I had lots of questions. Taylor was incredibly kind, patient, and knowledgeable. She explained every step of the process and answered all of my questions, which made me feel comfortable and at ease throughout the appointment.
The results are exactly what I was hoping for. My lashes look beautiful, natural, and flattering. They honestly look like I'm just wearing mascara. They enhance my eyes without looking overdone, and I absolutely love them.
Colleen was absolutely amazing! She helped me tremendously with my manicure and pedicure and got me back on track. From the moment I walked in, she made me feel completely at home. We spent a wonderful two and a half hours chatting, and it honestly felt like time flew by. I can’t wait to go back again!

The decore and atmosphere was very old school and inviting at the Essex location. I liked it very much because it was a different feel and full of colour. The ladies were very polite, helpful and welcoming. Brooklyn was an absolute gem and did a great job on the design for my nails. I'd definitely recommend any of my friends and family to visit this establishment.
