Paragon has had roof shingles replaced and roof replacement and chimney leak repair undertaken, executed flawlessly and in a timely manner. Mike and his team met with customers, explained what needed to be done in a very clear manner, and gave lots of options. The music played while they worked was great. From quote to the finished job, the Paragon team did an excellent job. They answered any questions we had before and during the job. The crew were very professional and ensured the property was cleaned up at the end of each day. They made sure prior to their final departure everything was picked up. A different contractor had installed a new roof three years ago. We had a section of shingles that had come off our roof due to wind and rain. There was water coming into our home in one of the bedrooms through a light fixture. The missing shingles had blown into our yard. I saw Paragon working on another home in our area on Ménard around the corner from us in Embrun. So I called Paragon for an estimate for repair of the roof and a quote on eavestrough. A representative came to my home the next day and assessed the roof. Within two days, Paragon was back with the materials to fix the roof and got the job done. The replacement shingles matched what we had and you can’t notice where the missing shingles were. It snowed last night ( Nov 2, 2020 ) and my wife and I were very pleased with the service and the repair because we know we won’t have any issues with weather and the roof. I can’t comment on the repair cost due to individual estimates for other clients, but we’re smiling because it was far less than what we thought it would be. Great job! Support local.
