I called him up because I had tried to fix a light switch in a panel of switches and somehow got my wires crossed, literally. He was unable to come to my home right away as he was completely booked up however he offered to talk me through this minor repair on the phone. He asked me to text him some pictures of what I have done and then called me and talk me through how to fix it. I then sent him some more pictures to confirm that I had done as he described and he responded that yes it all looked great. I tried it all out and everything works wonderfully.
