Dear Chantal and Tina McMurray. Chantal you had requested us to have payments come to the office for your visits when you were in for your cleaning visit in January 2024. On April 30th, 2024 you had ortho related work done that normally is not covered by most insurance companies once ortho treatment is completed, we did not get a reply from your insurance company that day if they will pay for the work you had done. We only receive a bulk cheque from your insurance company every two weeks or once per month. We were not setup for direct deposit yet at that time. I can’t say enough good things about this dental office. Before coming here, I had some really negative experiences with dentists that left me feeling anxious and honestly pretty fearful about any appointments. It got to the point where I would avoid going altogether.

From my very first visit with Dr. Pannu and the entire team, everything changed. They are incredibly kind, patient, and understanding. They took the time to listen, never made me feel rushed, and most importantly, never made me feel judged or ashamed about the dental work I needed.
