I had damaged my key for my 2004 Acura TL. The transponder chip was destroyed and I didn't have an extra key and was at a loss as I was told by more than a few people there was nowhere in Elliott lake that could program a new key for me. The Acura requires the transponder chip to disable the immobilizer. Fortunately I found JL at OK tire. He did a wonderful job. Programmed two keys for me with new transponder chips inside at an extremely reasonable price. I see they do other work on vehicles there as well too. I'll definitely be going back. I had such a wonderful experience at OK Tire thanks to the incredible customer service from Angie at the front desk. I came in with a stubborn lug nut that I just couldn’t get off, and without hesitation, Angie personally brought my car to the back and had one of the technicians take care of it completely complimentary.
Her kindness, professionalism, and willingness to go the extra mile truly stood out. It’s rare to find service like that these days, and it made my entire experience stress-free and genuinely appreciated.

We are very fortunate to have OK TIRE here in Elliot Lake for all of our vehicle requirements...big and small. The staff is very knowledgeable and so pleasant to deal with (and bonus that they store your off-season tires!) I dropped in today without an appointment to inquire if they could install a new battery in my key fob. A staff member was called from the shop to install the battery and was very pleasant even though he had been interrupted. Definitely service with a smile!
