Excellent quality of lumber, friendly and helpful staff, easy to do business with. In over 50 years of building projects, I've never seen such top quality straight lumber as I got from Kelly and the gang at Eganville for my hunt camp project. Everyone from the ladies at the front desk, to the guys in the warehouse, to Ron who delivered the goods to the site, were friendly and helpful. And they had everything I needed from the footings to the steel roofing, and some tools as well. Great place to do business.

Visited Egonville Country Depot looking for four-wheel dollies. They had only two in stock, both of which were heavily used—rusty, with ripped corners, and even a hole in one. When I asked about the condition, the staff insisted they were brand new, saying "they came like that." and "they are new!" I find this hard to believe given the clear wear and tear.
Despite my request for a discount due to the obvious damage, they only knocked off $7, which felt like a token gesture. Not to mention that even after I paid for them, they kept insisting that the dollies were new. I only purchased them because my technician forgot to bring the dollies and he was in urgent need. It felt like they were misleading me and taking advantage of the situation, bordering on a scam.
I even took pictures as proof of the condition of the dollies and the misleading information I was given. This was a frustrating and disappointing experience, and I strongly advise others to shop elsewhere if you're looking for quality items and honest service.

Purchased landscaping supplies from the Country Depot and the service and product was first rate! Miranda coordinated the materials with care, precision and excellent customer service. The delivery man was on time and respectful and the yard man, Brent, was friendly and courteous! Well done everyone! Thank you for the great service everyone! Appreciated!

Staff there is great and knowledgeable.If you are going to buy pressure treated wood, buy it somewhere else! We purchased 2x6 boards and they are water saturated and weigh a ton. They are stored outdoors and probably have been out there since last year. They are full of huge knots and some so big that the integrity and strength is compromised, so useless for support.My advice is go buy your wood somewhere else. We were extremely unhappy with this lumber but due to the inconvenience of loading it back on our trailer and returning it, we used it anyway
