Velvet Paws was recommended to me by a friend in the area when we moved and Mary and her groomer, Donna, did not disappoint! This place is fantastic and so reasonably priced! I called around to several groomers when I was moving to the area and Mary gave me one of the best prices and the best service! I had a cockapoo when I started going and I got a puppy labradoodle a few months ago, who they graciously accepted as long as I could bring him in monthly to get him used to being groomed. Understandably, an unmanageable labradoodle is a bigger problem than an unmanageable cockapoo. You know how people call children born during this whole pandemic, pandemic babies? Well, we got our cavalier Daisy a year before it hit and she has basically become attached at the hip to all of us since. When we first got her it was hard trying to find the right groomer, so we're really lucky that we got to Velvet Paws just in time.The location is so close and convenient and the women who work there are super friendly and professional. Daisy, like I said, is now only really used to us, but even she adores getting groomed here. They do such a great job with her, following instructions, cleaning her, that it makes our whole family glad to have found this place.
