Then he presented the quote with his companys standard template. This was my first time doing roof replacement and I had no idea what to expect. But his template clearly detailed what to prepare before install new roof, what materials to supply, what to replace including shingles, air vent, and some other works such as install new heaven-gauge pre-pained steel for the chimney, seal all new and existing roof flashings using high-grade caulking, replace existing plumbing vent flashings, clean eavestroughs completely.
