We enjoy every day our hand-made 1970 wooden couch re-upholstered by Princess Perfect on Pape. Lisa Jo, Her Perfect Highness, is very professional, punctual, clear and patient.... Her suggested bright green material is an eye catcher and its vibrancy is the delight of our dark winters. She has transformed this piece of sort-of-interesting-wood in a designer's couch, well-finished in its details and very comfortable. It brightens our living room and stands lively and youthfully, absolutely not intimidated, next to an austere Italian Maralunga couch by Cassina. Lisa Jo: we will be back!

I took in a small armchair (and matching footstool) that had been shredded by a cat and got back a showpiece—a smart club chair in red leather. When it turned out that the springs underneath were broken, Princess Perfect sent photos and offered cost-effective solutions. Communications, attention to detail, and reliability really were all perfect.

This has been a wonderful experience. A target date for completion was established and met. The results are outstanding and I couldn’t be happier. There was a small scuff mark on the frame and I notice that it has been removed! I didn’t ask for that, it was just done!! The seat has a stripe pattern which is also on the chair horizontal back. I love how the upholsterer align the stripe pattern. Real attention to detail. A great job in my opinion!!
