My 16 year old pomchi has been taken care of very well under Erika's care along with her sister for many years . My dog usually has high levels of stress and anxiety and isn't trusting at PetSmart salon and Erika was extremely patient and slowly grew a bond with my dog. What use to be a painful hellish experience for my dog even as simple as a nail trim, became a lot better. Given, she still hates nail trim but doesn't have panic attacks or cries anymore. I could not recommend this place as they sincerely care about your pet, from beginning to end and have been extremely accommodating. Thanks guys. Bebe really appreciated it.
