I’ll start this review by saying I’ve never felt compelled to write a Google review before—but my experience with Kelly’s Heating was so exceptional that I feel the need to share.

My furnace gave out during a big cold snap this past winter. The team at Kelly's Heating appreciated the tough situation I was in and worked to fit me in to their jammed schedule. Kelly’s heating on Bayview (also known as J.Kelly’s) has just arrived, diagnosed quickly and fixed my boiler issue (heating system with rads) A highly professional , courteous, and knowledgeable HVAC service technician, Justin B. provided prompt and exemplary service. When I called to place the service call, Neil Kelly was easy to deal with and assured me that often their service trucks carry the needed parts to fix common problems with my boiler manufacturer. As promised they had the thermo coupler part commonly needed. Thank you very much for a great first experience with Kelly’s Heating.
