Firstly, the people in the store are super nice and willing to make recommendations and help out clueless patrons (e.g. me). Secondly, I was in the delivery zone and delivery was timely and right to my SO's door. Thirdly, the arrangements are beautiful; others in the building were commenting on how good they looked.
