Fantastic. Not at the end of the earth, but accessible by subway. Cleo is absolutely lovely and fair-minded. Very affordable but also a pleasant experience with conversation and advice. I'm not sure if there's a way to give more than 5 stars (she is that good) but my only hesitation is that reviews like this will cause lines to form around the block. My best friend loved her and now I do too. No muss, no fuss, no problem.Oh, bring cash. They don't like to do plastic there. There's a bank machine a block away, so no excuses!

This is my first time to come. Honestly, $8 for men haircut is scarily attractive, but the stylist managed to fit my needs, which was great!I was going to the salon at around 1pm. Many people come by and ask for a haircut. The hair stylist is nice and is very willing to match with your needs (Just don't make it too complicated). Just 15 minutes of chit-chat, I am ready to go.
