I first contacted Canadian Shade via an online request. Brenda called me the same day. She explained options and costs and arranged for Chris to come to my home that Friday to quote a new awning. Chris gave me an outline of options and we agreed to size, price and awning fabric. He promised it would be installed by May 24. It came in a lot earlier and we set up an installation day and time.

From the first moment we spoke with Brenda at Canadian Shade, every interaction following was phenomenal. The original company who had installed our existing awning was unresponsive after several attempts to contact them for repair so we decided to call Canadian Shade to see if they could help. Not only did they support us with fixing the issues with our shade right away, but Brenda also stayed on the phone with us to make sure she could guide us through the process while we troubleshooted and resolved the problem. Just recently had Canadian Shade Inc. Install my roll out Awning. Very pleased with the team that arrived, arrived on time. Worked quickly & efficiently . Excellent cleaning up after job finished. I could tell that Stephan has had lots of experience installing Awnings. Pleased with my remote.
