I worked with Sameer, my appliance specialist, who was extremely knowledgeable, patient, and helpful throughout the entire process, including coordinating installation. He made what could have been a stressful purchase feel easy and well managed.

3years since my initial rating customer service down to one star after 5pm... damaged item asked a manager for some discount... been told not available... being VIP account holder... does not leave any positive reasons to come back

This is only my PRELIMINARY evaluation and review of the major bathroom project (replace surround walls and bath tub + toilet) that Rona just completed (11/14/25) in my home (all materials purchased from Rona with Rona contractor installation work). A bit more time (hopefully still within warranty period) is needed to realize the quality of both the materials used and the installation work done before I can do a full evaluation. My initial contact with Rona (Pro Desk) to discuss the project and obtain a quote took awhile and was a bit frustrating.
